Yesterday, Govt. of India announced 12 subsidised cylinders as against 9 declared by Oil Minister, Mr. Moily. We questioned ourselves "How India got 12 cylinders?" & found that....
very good one..... This speaks of the idiotic governance. Whey the hell they had introduced Nilakeni (aadhar) and later revoked it. why the hell they had reduced and then restored. so they go to hell.
